港股异动 | 联合能源集团(00467)升8% 拟投产保加利亚最大的光伏发电设施
联合能源集团(00467)升8%，截至发稿，涨8%，报0.54港元，成交额4204.89万港元。
消息面上，联合能源集团近日公布，拟斥3750万欧元(约3.19亿港元)购买Green Profit EOOD全部股权，从而间接获得保加利亚哈斯科沃地区几块土地的建设权和地役权，以及在该地区开发光伏发电设施的许可证。考虑到保加利亚太阳能领域的强劲增长，以及高电价、完善的基础设施和有吸引力的财政条款，联合能源集团认为该项目一旦投入运营就能立即产生正现金流。
公告称，交易完成后，集团计划在2025年之前建设并投产保加利亚最大的太阳能发电设施。 董事预计此次收购交易将有利于集团，并认为交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
