长江生命科技(00775)午后一度升20%，截至发稿，涨9.68%，报0.34港元，成交额599.77万港元。
消息面上，长江生命科技午间发布公告，将联同合作伙伴晶泰科技(XtalPi)，于美国圣地牙哥举行的美国癌症协会(AACR)2024年度年会上，展示其人工智能驱动(AI)平台如何应用于设计癌症疫苗。双方发现合作中开发的 AI 模型能显著改善新抗原胜肽疫苗的设计，在预测 MHC-I 及 MHC-II 抗原呈现方面较最先进的预测演算法更为优胜。
此外，该公司计划在AACR2024年会上，展出两组分别针对大鼠肉瘤病毒癌基因(KRAS)及细胞程式性死亡-配体1(PD-L1)性癌症疫苗的临床前新数据。公司认为，针对 KRAS 及 PD-L1 蛋白之性癌症疫苗的临床前疗效结果令人鼓舞，公司希望未来能将此等疫苗及其他疫苗推进至临床阶段。
