设计都会(01545)：高泉庆针对联庆提交清盘申请
设计都会(01545)发布公告，高泉庆已在新加坡共和国高等法院针对联庆企业私人有限公司提交清盘申请。该项清盘申请定于2024年4月4日开始在新加坡法院聆讯。
于本公告日期，公司非执行董事兼公司主要股东高泉泰持有联庆已发行股本总额的49.2%，而联发集团私人有限公司为联庆全资拥有，公司主要股东圣劳斯控股私人有限公司则为联发集团私人有限公司全资拥有。于本公告日期，该主要股东直接持有公司3亿股股份，占公司已发行股本总额约15%。
于本公告日期，有关各方能否达成友好和解、新加坡法院是否接纳清盘申请、联庆是否会被下令清盘以及该等法律程序可能对主要股东(尤其是其股份所有权)造成之影响尚不确定。另请注意，清盘申请并非由债权人提交，亦非联庆无力偿债之结果。
公司董事会认为，该项清盘申请及后果(无论友好和解，或清盘令)不会对公司及其附属公司之财务表现及营运造成重大影响。公司将继续密切关注后续发展，并适时遵守上市规则及证券及期货条例项下的相关披露规定。
