绿科科技国际(00195)：预计雷尼森尾矿矿石储量不会有重大变化
绿科科技国际(00195)发布公告，雷尼森尾矿是由Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Ltd(BMTJV)管理的雷尼森锡矿项目(雷尼森)的一部分，集团的间接非全资附属公司YT Parksong Australia Holding Pty Limited持有其中的50%股权。
Metals X Limited(Metals X，一家在澳大利亚註册成立的有限公司，其股份在澳大利亚证券交易所上市)通过其持有BMTJV的50%股权，拥有雷尼森另外50%的股权。
确定可行性更新的重点是热电厂的技术、市况及可用燃料来源的变动影响，将更新资本成本估计及合约策略，以作出最终投资决策。确定可行性更新预计将于2024年第三季度完成。
有待确定可行性更新完成，公司将刊发一份有关经更新雷尼森尾矿矿石储量的公告。然而，预计雷尼森尾矿矿石储量不会有重大变化。
进一步指出，先前报告的雷尼森尾矿矿产资源以及雷尼森贝尔矿石储量及矿产资源并未受到影响。
