美高域(01985)：主要股东王广波与Microware Holdings订立第二份契据
美高域(01985)发布公告，于2024年4月3日，董事会获王广波告知，王广波与Microware Holdings已订立修订契据(第二份契据)，余下1750万股待售股份的转让将分两批进行，740万股待售股份的转让将不迟于2024年4月15日完成，而1010万股待售股份的转让将不迟于2024年6月28日完成。
王广波进一步告知，除上述完成日期的变动外，买卖协议(经契据更替及修订)将于所有重要方面维持十足效力及作用。
