碧桂园服务(06098)：赵军获委任为独立非执行董事
碧桂园服务(06098)发布公告，郭战军因集团内部分工调整而拟投入更多时间聚焦在集团人力资源管理和市场管理的整体工作而辞任执行董事及公司环境、社会及管治委员会成员。郭的辞任自2024年4月3日起生效。
赵军已获委任为公司的独立非执行董事及审核委员会、提名委员会及环境、社会及管治委员会成员，于2024年4月3日起生效。
承上述有关郭战军的辞任及赵军获委任的事宜，董事会亦欣然宣布杨惠妍及陈威如已获委任为公司环境、社会及管治委员会成员，均自2024年4月3日起生效。
黄鹏因需投入更多时间履行公司执行总裁兼首席财务官的职务，包括负责集团的新战略孵化业务(如城市服务、商业管理服务、“三供一业”、房产经纪业务、资产管理等新业务的实施及管理)及财务管理等事务而辞任公司联席公司秘书及根据上市规则第3.05条的公司授权代表职务自2024年4月3日起生效。
继黄鹏辞任联席公司秘书及授权代表后，陈迪霖已获委任为联席公司秘书及授权代表，自2024年4月3日起生效。梁创顺将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
