宏基集团控股(01718)拟折让约14.53%发行最多1920万股配售股份
宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，于2024年4月3日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已有条件同意(作为公司的配售代理)按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人认购最多1920万股配售股份，每股配售股份的配售价为1.00港元。
配售股份占扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.66%。配售价较2024年4月3日收市价每股股份1.17港元折让约14.53%
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额将约为1920万港元，而所得款项净额(扣除配售事项的佣金及其他开支后)将约为1870万港元，即每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.97港元。董事拟将所得款项净额全数用于集团香港总部的行政及营运开支(包括董事及员工薪酬、租金开支、专业费用及其他营运开支)。
