上置集团(01207)发盈警 预期2023年上半年公司拥有人应占亏损增至约2亿元
上置集团(01207)公布，该集团预期2023年上半年取得公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币2亿元，而2022年同期的公司拥有人应占亏损为人民币1.47亿元。
公告称，亏损预期有所增加，主要是由于尽管物业销售、出租及经营收入较上年度有所改善，快速变现若干物业却导致毛利率下降;及有息负债增加导致利息支出同比有所增加。
