新股消息丨广联科技港股上市获中国证监会备案
4月2日，中国证监会发布《关于GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited(广联科技控股有限公司)境外发行上市备案通知书》。该公司拟发行不超过87,112,500股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。据悉，3月18日，广联科技向港交所递交上市申请，建银国际为独家保荐人。
招股书显示，广联科技是一家面向中国汽车后市场行业参与者的主要智能网联服务提供商，专注于向行业价值链上的行业参与者(i)销售车载硬件产品；及(ii)提供SaaS营销及管理服务，涵盖SaaS订阅服务及SaaS增值服务。
根据灼识咨询报告，按2022年的收益计，公司在中国汽车后市场行业的SaaS营销及管理服务提供商中排名第一，市场份额达5.6%，而按2022年的收益计，公司在中国汽车后市场行业的智能网联服务提供商中排名第二， 市场份额达3.8%。
