中国文旅农业(00542)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益3.05亿港元，同比减少80.96%;公司拥有人应占亏损1.93亿港元，去年同期则公司拥有人应占溢利2.65亿港元;每股基本亏损2.65港仙。
公告称，总收益减少乃主要由于2023年集团物业销售大幅下降。有关亏损主要由于集团若干资产减值;及于2022年确认出售附属公司的一次性收益于2023年不再存在。
