传汇丰控股(00005)正研究出售部分德国业务
据知情人士表示，汇丰控股(00005)正出售部分德国业务，包括财富管理、托管和基金管理部门，以简化全球布局。
知情人士透露，在伦敦上市的汇丰正与顾问合作进行评估，但讨论还处早期阶段，不确定是否会出售，而汇丰在德国的企业银行和交易活动不受此次评估的影响。汇丰发言人对上述消息不予置评。
据悉，汇丰近年来先后退出多个地区业务，包括北美和法国的零售业务，以进一步专注亚洲核心业务。
