LHN(01730)成功结束贤能集团有限公司在ADDX数字证券平台发售001系列商业票据
LHN(01730)发布公告，于今日结束发售001系列商业票据时合共收到1716.1万新加坡元的订单，超额认购率为约343%1，超过500万新加坡元(即001系列商业票据初始预期筹集的金额)。为应对这一可观需求，董事会行使其酌情权将001系列商业票据的本金总额由5000万新加坡元增加至1000万新加坡元，此乃公司当前授权就计划将予发行的最高本金额。
因此，公司欣然宣布，其已自发行001系列商业票据成功筹得1000万新加坡元的所得款项总额。
001系列商业票据将自2024年4月3日起在ADDX交易所上市。
