金川国际(02362)：Ruashi SAS重续采矿许可证 5%Ruashi SAS股份将无偿转让予刚果(金)政府
金川国际(02362)公布，公司透过其非全资附属公司Ruashi SAS于Musonoi项目中持有100%权益。
采矿许可证于2024年4月3日届满。根据2018年矿业法(其规范(其中包括)于刚果(金)发出及重续采矿许可证)，于重续各采矿许可证后，除已持有采矿许可证的公司的现有股权(如有)外，刚果(金)政府亦将有权于该公司中额外享有5%的股权。
Ruashi SAS正处于申请重续采矿许可证的过程中。根据公司最新可得资料，刚果(金)矿业部长已颁布行政法令，以Ruashi SAS为受益人，确定重续采矿许可证为期 15年，截至2039年4月3日止。
为落实重续程序，Ruashi Holdings及Ruashi SAS正与刚果(金)政府相关部门合作，为遵守2018年矿业法而将Ruashi Holdings持有的相当于5% Ruashi SAS股份无偿转让予刚果(金)政府。
预期完成将Ruashi Holdings持有的相当于5% Ruashi SAS股份无偿转让予刚果(金)政府将于2024年6月30日或之前落实。采矿许可证重续的证书将于出售事项完成后由CAMI发出。
