雅居投资控股(08426)发布公告，自2024年4月2日起：
(1)宋理明已辞任执行董事及不再担任授权代表、法律程序代理人及公司的合规主任;
(2)邓降福已辞任执行董事;
(3)谭慕洁已辞任非执行董事;
(4)黄绍辉已辞任独立非执行董事以及不再担任审核委员会主席、提名委员会成员及薪酬委员会成员;
(5)吴福华已辞任行政总裁、公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人;
(6)何柱明不再担任主席;
(7)彭一邦工程师已获委任为主席、提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员;
(8)彭一庭已获委任为行政总裁;
(9)黄比不再担任提名委员会主席，但将继续担任提名委员会成员;
(10)吴纪法不再担任薪酬委员会主席，但将继续担任薪酬委员会成员;
(11)余致力已获委任为审核委员会主席、提名委员会成员及薪酬委员会成员;
(12)冯兰施已获委任为薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员;
(13)畲俊乐已获委任为授权代表及法律程序代理人;及
(14)彭美仪已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人。
