中国中免(01880)聘任常筑军为公司总经理
中国中免(01880)发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司总经理王轩先生的书面辞职报告，王轩先生因工作调整，向董事会申请辞去公司总经理职务。王轩先生的辞职报告自送达董事会之日(即2024年月4月2日)起生效。
辞职后，王轩先生将继续担任公司执行董事、董事会主席职务。
因工作安排，常筑军先生不再担任公司常务副总经理职务。经董事会提名委员会审核同意，董事会于2024年4月2日召开的第五届董事会第十次会议上同意聘任常筑军先生为公司总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
经公司控股股东中国旅游集团有限公司提名，并经董事会提名委员会审核同意，董事会于董事会会议上建议委任常筑军先生为第五届董事会执行董事，任期自公司股东大会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
