京投交通科技(01522)附属京投信安与基石保理订立保理协议
京投交通科技(01522)发布公告，于2024年4月1日，该公司间接非全资附属公司京投信安(作为卖方)与基石保理(作为保理人)订立保理协议，基石保理同意向京投信安提供保理服务，保理本金额为人民币750万元(相当于约817.5万港元)，以换取京投信安向基石保理转让于京投信安及其业务伙伴的日常及一般业务过程中产生的应收账款人民币916.08万元(相当于约998.52万港元)。
