新股消息 | 纵目科技冲刺港交所 传欲筹最多约11.7亿元港元
据媒体报道，近日向港交所提交上市申请的纵目科技计划集资约1亿-1.5亿美元(折合约7.8-11.7亿港元)。据了解，3月28日，纵目科技向港交所主板提交上市申请，华泰国际、法国巴黎银行(BNP Paribas)为其保荐人。
纵目科技成立于2013年，2022年11月申请在内地科创板上市，但去年9月撤回申请，至今年转移目标到港上市，上周递表向港交所(00388)申请上市。
据招股书，纵目科技是中国的ADAS解决方案提供商，凭借先进的自动驾驶技术，提供覆盖全面自动驾驶功能的解决方案。公司亦利用公司的专业知识开发自动驾驶能源服务机器人，主要为物业运营商提供智能移动能源解决方案。作为一级供应商，公司涉及自动驾驶领域的各个方面，包括软件设计、硬件设计、系统设计及该等组件的集成，从而开发出可大规模部署的解决方案。
财务方面，于2021年度、2022年度、2023年，公司实现营业收入分别约为人民币2.25亿元、4.7亿元、4.98亿元，复合年均增长率为48.7%。同期，公司年内亏损分别约为人民币4.34亿元、5.88亿元、5.64亿元。
