北京控股(00392)更新2024-2026年度股息宣派计划
北京控股(00392)已更新2024-2026年度股息宣派计划。在充分考量公司当前发展阶段、未来资本开支计划、现金流量状况，并在与附属公司充分沟通的基础上，以及在符合本公司组织章程细则及股息政策规定的情形下，预期公司2024-2026年度的每股股息将不低于每股经常性盈利的35%及2024-2026年度的每股股息将不低于1.6港元。公司将不时根据业绩增长情况，厘定更优的股息宣派计划。
与此同时，公司将视市场情况进行股份回购，作为市值管理的措施。
