港股异动 | 金风科技(02208)涨超8%领涨风电股 三部门开展 “千乡万村驭风行动” 推动风电开发利用
风电股早盘爆发，截至发稿，金风科技(02208)涨7.24%，报3.1港元；龙源电力(00916)涨4.2%，报5.71港元；新天绿能(00956)涨4.05%，报3.08港元；东方电气(01072)涨2.08%，报8.35港元。
消息面上，国家发展改革委、国家能源局、农业农村部联合印发《关于组织开展“千乡万村驭风行动”的通知》，在广大农村因地制宜推动风电就地就近开发利用，助力乡村振兴，促进农村能源绿色低碳转型。
国家发展改革委4月1日发布《关于组织开展“千乡万村驭风行动”的通知》政策解读称，当前我国风电以“三北”地区规模化开发为主，随着低风速发电技术逐步成熟，中东南部地区就地就近开发风电日益具备可行性和经济性。如每年选择具备条件的1000个村进行试点开发，按每村装机2万千瓦测算，年可新增风电装机2000万千瓦，新增投资约1000亿元，既能为风电发展打开新的市场空间，也能更好发挥促发展、扩投资、稳增长的作用。
