金隅集团(02009)发布公告，该公司于近日接到公司工会《关于选举职工董事、职工监事的函》，经职工民主选举，选举郝利炜为公司第七届董事会职工董事，选举王桂江、高金良、邱鹏为公司第七届监事会职工监事。上述职工董事、职工监事将与公司股东大会选举的新一届董事会、监事会成员共同组成公司第七届董事会、监事会。
