皇朝家居(01198)发布2023年度业绩 股东应占亏损3.82亿元 同比盈转亏
皇朝家居(01198)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入8.28亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少43.33%;母公司拥有人应占亏损3.82亿元，去年同期则母公司拥有人应占溢利467.3万元;每股基本亏损15.362分。
公告称，收入减少乃由于集团在年内终止商品贸易业务。集团的整体毛利率因家具及酒店业务毛利率减少而由2022年的14.4%减少至2023年的3.2%。就家具业务而言，毛利率由2022年的24.6%减少至2023年的7.4%，此乃由于公司通过打折促销提高销售额，及直接材料成本增加。
