金隅集团(02009)拟申请注册不超400亿元银行间市场债务融资工具额度
金隅集团(02009)发布公告，为提升融资效率，优化债务结构，降低融资成本，满足资金运营需要，公司拟继续向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册债务融资工具额度，并择机发行。具体的注册发行计划、品种和期限将根据公司的资金需求确定。
注册项目为申请多品种统一注册债务融资工具(DFI)资格，或申请注册合计不超过400亿元的各类银行间市场债务融资工具专项额度。
注册发行种类包括但不限于超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据、永续中票、定向债务融资工具、资产支持票据等。
