中达安(300635.SZ)：终止向特定对象发行股票事项并撤回申请文件
格隆汇3月29日丨中达安(300635.SZ)公布，公司于2024年3月29日召开了第四届董事会第二十八次会议、第四届监事会第二十三次会议，审议通过了《关于终止向特定对象发行股票事项并撤回申请文件的议案》，同意公司终止本次向特定对象发行股票事项并撤回申请文件。
自公司披露向特定对象发行股票事项以来，公司董事会、管理层及相关中介机构一直积极推进各项相关工作。基于本次向特定对象发行股票项目推进过程中融资市场环境变化较大等情况，经相关各方充分沟通、审慎分析后，公司决定终止本次向特定对象发行股票事项，并向深交所申请撤回相关申请文件。公司后续将结合市场环境等因素，择机再次启动向特定对象发行股票事项。
