跃岭股份(002725.SZ)：拟收购源悦汽车51%股权
格隆汇3月29日丨跃岭股份(002725)(002725.SZ)公布，公司于2024年3月29日与上海源悦汽车电子股份有限公司(简称“源悦汽车”、“标的公司”)现有股东张鹏程、徐惟签订了《股份转让意向协议》，公司拟以现金方式收购标的公司股东持有的上海源悦汽车电子股份有限公司51%的股权。本次交易不构成关联交易，根据初步研究和测算，本次交易构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。
