集团报告期内的净利润率约为-13.4%，较2022年约-11.6%绝对值下降约1.8%。该下降主要由于：水泥板块同时受到了市场竞争加剧、上游原材料成本高企、下游房地产下行和环保能耗约束力增强等多重不利因素的冲击，持续出现经营亏损态势;以及稀土板块的生产及销售逐渐步入正轨，但由于尚未形成规模，导致单位固定成本较高。
