德银天下(02418)发布公告，董事会于2024年3月28日召开的董事会会议上决议建议重选王润梁及王文岐为第二届董事会执行董事;重选郭万才、田强及赵承军为第二届董事会非执行董事;及重选李刚、叶永威及余强为第二届董事会独立非执行董事。
监事会于2024年3月28日召开的监事会会议上决议建议重选张少杰为第二届监事会监事。同时，鉴于监事会主席张育安之退任，监事会于该会议上决议建议委任季建国为第二届监事会监事。
