培力农本方(01498)拟折让6.02%配售最多5000万股 净筹约3770万港元
培力农本方(01498)发布公告，于2024年3月28日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议。根据配售协议，公司已有条件同意配发及发行，而配售代理已有条件同意按竭尽所能基准向不少于六名承配人以配售价每股配售股份0.78港元配售最多5000万股新股份。配售股份将根据一般授权发行。
每股配售股份的配售价0.78港元较股份于2024年3月28日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股0.83港元折让6.02%。配售股份相当于公司现有已发行股本约12.6%，及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约11.2%。
预期所得款项净额的全部金额约3770万港元将由公司用作集团的一般营运资金。
