金涌投资(01328)与弘毅投资订立香港分租协议
金涌投资(01328)发布公告，于2024年3月28日，弘毅投资(作为分租人)与公司(作为分承租人)订立香港分租协议，据此，弘毅投资同意向公司分租香港分租部分，由2024年4月1日起至2026年7月31日为止(包括首尾两日)，为期28个月。
物业为位于中国香港中环金融街8号国际金融中心二期70楼7008室，总楼面面积约为1055平方呎的若干办公场所。
于2024年3月28日，深圳市弘毅恒盛(作为出租人)与弘毅金涌资产管理(作为承租人)订立深圳租赁协议，据此，深圳市弘毅恒盛同意向弘毅金涌资产管理出租深圳物业，由2024年4月1日起至2027年3月31日为止(包括首尾两日)，为期3年。
物业为位于深圳前海深港合作区南山街道金融街1号弘毅大厦写字楼4楼公寓C2，总楼面面积约为100平方米的若干办公场所。
