BOSSINI INT‘L(00592)授出1.43亿份购股权
BOSSINI INT'L(00592)发布公告，经公司董事会批准(包括独立非执行董事批准)，并征得相关承授人同意后，根据2013年购股权计划条款，自2024年3月28日起，注销授予公司若干董事及僱员下列所有3367.97万份尚未行使及尚未归属购股权。
于2024年3月28日，于注销购股权后，根据公司于2023年12月15日采纳并于2023年12月20日生效之购股权计划，公司向董事及公司若干僱员授出以下购股权，以认购合共1.43亿股股份，惟须待2023年计划承授人接纳后方可作实。
