海尔智家(06690)拟开展外汇资金衍生品业务
海尔智家(06690)发布公告，2023年度，公司海外收入占比较大，汇率波动对公司经营成果的影响较大，预计2024年公司将继续面临汇率或利率波动加剧的风险，为降低资产及负债业务的汇率及利率风险影响，2024年公司拟操作余额不超过65亿美元的外汇资金衍生品业务，以规避和降低汇率风险，降低汇率波动对公司业绩的影响。
