温岭工量刃具(01379)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币9680.2万元(单位下同)，同比减少58.1%;年内溢利2721万元，同比减少52.69%;每股盈利0.34元，拟派发末期股息每股0.23元。
公告称，收益减少乃主要因为截至2023年12月31日止年度科创园的物业销售额减少约1.43亿元至约2820万元，乃因为科创园的可销售面积于2023年12月31日已悉数售出，该减少被截至2023年12月31日止年度物业租赁业务收益增加约830万元至约6500万元所抵销，乃因为科创园贡献的租金收入增加。
