橙天嘉禾(01132)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益8亿港元，同比增加15%;股权持有人应占亏损9000万港元，同比增加96%;每股亏损3.23港仙。
公告称，亏损增加主要由于截至2022年12月31止年度集团出售香港办公室物业的非经常性净收益5600万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度并无取得有关收益;截至2023年12月31日止年度非金融资产减值亏损1810万港元(2022年：110万港元)，被截至2023年12月31日止年度汇兑亏损减少3410万港元抵销。
