港股异动 | 中电光谷(00798)现涨超4% 年收入总额超52亿元 经营活动现金流持续正向增长
中电光谷(00798)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.35%，报0.36港元。
消息面上，近日，中电光谷发布截至2023年12月31日止年度全年业绩，2023年度，集团实现收入总额人民币52.21亿元；实现净利润人民币5.27亿元，同比增长0.9%。此外，集团实现经营活动现金净流入4.07亿元，经营活动现金流持续五年为正。
展望2024年，中电光谷在确保现有的“压舱石”城市公司保持稳中有进和加快新项目落地的同时，也将采取有效措施支持南京和苏州等项目的推进，力争培育新的“压舱石”，使其数量达到10个，以保障未来几年业绩持续增长。目前，集团已初步拟定13个进展不同的园区综合运营项目，计划于2024年启动实施。
