万马控股(06928)涨超300%，截止发稿涨305.4%，报0.45港元，成交额247万港元。
消息面上，3月26日，万马控股及要约人卢永德联合公布，于2024年3月20日，梁家辉完成向卢永德出售5万股待售股份，占于本联合公告日期Billion Legend全部已发行股本，总代价为3000万港元，由要约人以其自身财务资源悉数支付。于本联合公告日期，Billion Legend持有2.3亿股股份(相当于公司全部已发行股本约51.11%)。紧随完成后，要约人(透过Billion Legend)及其一致行动人士拥有合共2.3亿股股份(相当于公司全部已发行股本约51.11%)。
根据收购守则规则26.1注释8，要约人因此须就所有已发行股份(不包括要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购的股份)提出无条件强制性全面现金要约。每股要约股份现金0.131港元，较股份于2024年3月20日(即最后交易日)在联交所所报收市价每股0.111港元溢价约18.02%。要约将涉及2.2亿股股份，按要约价每股要约股份0.131港元计算，要约的总代价将为2882万港元，其将为要约获全面接纳时要约人根据要约应付的最高金额。
