消息面上，公司公布2023年业绩，收入为人民币147.7 亿元，同比增长22.9%。毛利润为人民币46.9亿元，同比增长30.0%。股东应占溢利为人民币29.3亿元，同比增长32.8%。核心股东应占溢利达到人民币29.2亿元，同比增长31.2%。每股盈利128.3分，拟派末期股息每股人民币48.1分。
中金表示，公司2023年业绩符合市场预期，并预计2024年核心净利润同比增长20%至34.94亿元。此外，该行预计公司2024年购物中心板块收入或仍有望录得20%以上增长。认为公司在全国核心一二线城市管理优质商业资产，且公司正持续通过大会员体系运营、品牌组合焕新迭代、商业模式创新等夯实自身核心竞争力，该行看好公司在中长期维度兑现稳健业绩、持续回馈股东的能力。
