明樑控股(08152)发布2023年度业绩 股东应占溢利688.8万港元 同比扭亏为盈
明樑控股(08152)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入1.54亿港元，同比增加76.6%;公司权益持有人应占溢利688.8万港元，去年同期则公司权益持有人应占亏损845.2万港元;每股基本盈利1.15港仙。
公告称，收入上升乃由于本年度来自隧道业务分部的收入增加约6960万港元，惟部分被来自地基业务分部的收入减少约290万港元所抵销。由于集团行政人员迅速采取行动，从新冠疫情后建筑活动激增中把握商机，所有地区的销售业绩在本年度均有所改善。
