信源企业集团(01748)：陈延标获任执行董事
信源企业集团(01748)发布公告，丁玉钊已提呈辞任执行董事，自2024年3月26日起生效，以投入更多时间于其他个人及业务工作。陈延标已获委任为执行董事，自2024年3月26日起生效。
此外，公司已于2024年3月26日成立董事会战略发展委员会，并制定书面职权范围。
战略发展委员会的主要职责为确保公司的可持续发展;确保公司的政策及常规做法符合法律及监管要求;讨公司的发展战略及中长期发展计划，并评估及监察其实施情况;检讨公司的投资战略及决策;及行使董事会不时授予的权力及履行董事会不时授予的其他职责。
陈延标、陈家干及徐文均已获委任为战略发展委员会成员，而陈延标亦已获委任为战略发展委员会主席，自2024年3月26日起生效。
