瑞浦兰钧(00666)发布公告，为了确保公司持续、规范、健康地发展，进一步完善治理结构，发展并落实公司ESG工作，加强各项ESG目标的执行能力，董事会已审议及批准设立董事会下属ESG委员会，并已批准曹辉担任本届ESG委员会主席，项阳阳、黄洁华担任本届ESG委员会委员，ESG委员会任期与本届董事会任期一致。董事会亦已制定了ESG委员会工作细则。
