汤臣集团(00258)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得经营收益总额5.67亿港元，同比增加6.43%;公司权益持有人应占溢利4268.4万港元，同比增加148.63%;每股盈利2.12港仙。
公告称，除税后综合溢利取得大幅上升，主要归因于集团的物业发展及销售业务的表现以及集团合资企业的业绩有所改善。
物业发展及销售分类于回顾年度产生的收入增加。然而，集团于年末根据适用的会计准则对位于中国上海市的投资物业作出市场估值后取得公平值变动所产生的未变现亏损1.09亿港元(2022年：7520.4万港元)。因此，物业发展及投资业务的分类溢利于回顾年度仅轻微增加至9908.5万港元(2022年：9882.8万港元)。
