中海油田服务(02883)拟为子公司COSL Middle EastFZE续签的美元贷款协议提供担保
中海油田服务(02883)发布公告，公司境外全资子公司COSL Middle EastFZE作为借款人，在2023年年度股东大会至2024年年度股东大会期间，拟向中国银行(香港)有限公司办理4亿美元贷款协议续签、向香港上海汇丰银行有限公司办理0.98亿美元贷款协议续签、向中国农业银行股份有限公司香港分行办理2亿美元贷款协议续签，贷款期限1年，由公司为其提供担保。
