世茂集团(00813)涨超11%，截止发稿涨11.58%，报0.53港元，成交额487万港元。
消息面上，公司发布公告，公司及其顾问一直与其相关方就其境外债务(境外债务)建议重组进行对话，以努力达成公平对待其所有相关方的解决方案。境外债务包括公司、 Shimao Property Holdings (BVI) Limited(物业公司)及世茂投资控股有限公司(投资公司)的债务。
经考虑现行市况以及公司的预测现金流，并经与境外债权人进行广泛的讨论后，公司已拟备一份债权人支持协议，以供包括持有境外债务本金实益权益(或就贷款而言，法定及实益权益)并支持重组方案的人士与公司签订，预期各参与债权人将(其中包括)：1) 尽一切商业上合理的努力，以支持、促进、实施或以其他方式落实重组方案;及2) 于协议安排记录日期就其持有相关境外债务实益权益(或就贷款而言，法定及实益权益)未偿还本金总额投票赞成重组方案。
