北京北辰实业股份(00588)为下属公司长沙北辰提供担保
北京北辰实业股份(00588)发布公告，该公司全资子公司北京北辰地产集团有限公司全资持股的长沙北辰房地产开发有限公司(长沙北辰)拟于近日与中国建设银行股份有限公司湖南省分行营业部(建行湖南分行)签署《固定资产贷款合同》，向建行湖南分行申请商用物业抵押贷款，贷款金额人民币7.5亿元，期限15年。
长沙北辰拟于近日与建行湖南分行签署《最高额抵押合同》、《最高额应收账款质押合同》，以长沙北辰持有的长沙国荟酒店及北辰国际会议中心房屋所有权及国有土地使用权提供抵押担保，以对应的应收账款提供质押担保，为《贷款合同》项下全部债务提供担保。担保的主债权本金金额累计不超过人民币7.5亿元。上述抵押物产权清晰，不存在其他抵押、质押的情况，未涉及诉讼、仲裁事项或查封、冻结等司法措施的情况。
公司拟于近日与建行湖南分行签署《本金最高额保证合同》，为长沙北辰履行前述《贷款合同》项下一系列债务提供最高额保证，保证方式为连带责任保证。担保的主债权本金金额累计不超过人民币7.5亿元，担保期间自《贷款合同》签订之日起至《贷款合同》项下的债务履行期限届满日后3年止。
