结好金融(01469)附属结好证券与涛运订立授权协议
结好金融(01469)发布公告，于2024年3月25日，涛运(作为授权人)与该公司的间接全资附属公司结好证券(作为被授权人)订立授权协议，涛运同意授出该等处所(位于中国香港皇后大道中183号及永乐街33号新纪元广场中远大厦地下、1楼及2楼的商用单位)的使用权予结好证券，由2024年4月1日起为期3年，月费为54.8万港元。授权协议为将于2024年3月31日到期的租赁协议的续约。
