粤海置地(00124)发布2023年全年业绩公告，收入38.77亿港元，同比增长181.4%;归属于公司持有者亏损24.45亿港元，而2022年同期取得溢利3.93亿港元;每股基本亏损142.85港仙。
据悉，于本回顾年度，集团取得归属于公司持有者亏损，主要因计提存货减值拨备约24.08亿港元。
