元汇集团(00585)中文股份简称更改为“意力国际”
元汇集团(00585)发布公告，随股东在于2024年2月28日举行之股东特别大会上批准后，百慕达公司注册处处长已批准将公司之中文第二名称由“元汇集团有限公司”更改为“意力国际控股有限公司”，并按百慕达公司注册处处长签发之第二名称证书所载登记公司之新第二名称。公司之英文名称将维持不变为“Imagi International Holdings Limited”。
于联交所买卖股份之公司之中文股份简称将由“元汇集团”更改为“意力国际”，自2024年3月28日上午九时起生效。股份仍将以现有英文股份简称“IMAGI INT'L”于联交所买卖。公司于联交所之股份代号“585”将维持不变。
