中海油田服务(02883)发布公告，2020年3月23日，该公司、公司境外全资子公司COSL Middle East FZE与中国银行(香港)有限公司共同签署美元贷款协议。根据协议内容，公司为借款人COSL Middle East FZE提供担保，担保金额为4亿美元，担保期限1年，到期可续签。2024年3月23日，公司与中国银行(香港)有限公司完成担保协议续签，担保期限1年，到期可续签，担保金额为4亿美元。截至本公告发布日，公司及控股子公司提供的对外担保总额约为人民币397.9亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的比例约为99.7%。
