新福港(01447)发布2023年度业绩 股东应占溢利2532.4万港元 同比增加35.21%
新福港(01447)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益38.52亿港元，同比增加5.03%;公司权益股东应占年度溢利2532.4万港元，同比增加35.21%;每股基本盈利6.3港仙;拟派发末期股息每股4港仙。
公告称，收益增加乃由于以下各项的综合影响：一般楼宇业务的收益增加约2.43亿港元，惟被土木工程业务的收益减少约2494万港元及其他服务的收益减少约3330万港元所抵销。
