中国银行(03988)：卓成文就任董事会秘书
中国银行(03988)发布公告，2024年1月26日，该行董事会批准聘任卓成文为该行董事会秘书、公司秘书。根据董事会决议，卓成文担任该行董事会秘书的任职在国家金融监督管理总局核准其任职资格后生效，担任该行公司秘书的任职自其就任该行董事会秘书之日起生效。
该行已收到国家金融监督管理总局核准卓成文董事会秘书任职资格的批覆。自2024年3月25日起，卓成文就任该行董事会秘书、公司秘书。
因上述职务变动，自2024年3月25日起，卓成文辞任该行总审计师职务。就该辞任事宜，卓成文已确认其与该行董事会无不同意见，亦没有任何其他事项需要通知该行股东。
