国药控股(01099)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收入5965.7亿元，同比增长8.05%;母公司持有者应占溢利90.54亿元，同比增长6.19%;每股盈利2.9元，拟派末期股息每股0.87元(含税)。
公告称，收入增长主要是由于集团医药分销业务、医药零售业务及器械分销业务收入提升所致。
报告期内，器械分销和医药零售板块延续过往较好增长态势，医药分销业务亦在疫情后快速复苏。截至2023年末，集团医药分销板块收入占比同比上升0.19个百分点，达到71.44%;器械分销板块收入占比同比微降0.09个百分点，达到21.09%;医药零售板块收入占比较同期保持不变，为5.78%。由于医药分销在报告期内增速较快，且监管趋势促使的业态结构调整优化，报告期内，集团取得的毛利率水平较2022年度同比下降了0.46个百分点，至8.13%。但得益于较好的费用管控水平及盘活存量资产，集团的净利润和归母净利润增速高于毛利增长水平，全年实现净利润约150.1亿元，同比增长4.63%，归母净利润约达90.54亿元，同比增长6.19%。
