威海银行(09677)拟聘用中兴华会计师事务所为2024年度境内审计师
威海银行(09677)公布，该行已与立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)达成一致意见，将不再于该行2023年度股东大会上续聘立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为该行境内审计师。
基于根据办法规定进行的甄选程序，经董事会审计委员会建议，董事会建议聘用中兴华会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)担任该行2024年度境内审计师。
